Circuit Documentation
Summary
This circuit integrates an Arduino UNO microcontroller with a 28BYJ-48 Stepper Motor, a ULN2003 driver, and two PIR sensors. The Arduino UNO controls the stepper motor via the ULN2003 driver and monitors signals from the PIR sensors to possibly trigger events based on motion detection. The 5V and GND pins from the Arduino provide power to the PIR sensors and the ULN2003 driver. The digital pins of the Arduino are used to send control signals to the ULN2003, which in turn drives the stepper motor. Additionally, two digital pins on the Arduino are used to read the output from the PIR sensors.
Component List
Arduino UNO
- Microcontroller board based on the ATmega328P
- Provides I/O pins and power for the circuit
28BYJ-48 Stepper Motor
- A small, 5-wire, unipolar stepper motor
- Used for precise motion control
ULN2003
- A 7-channel Darlington array IC
- Acts as an interface between the microcontroller and the stepper motor
PIR Sensors (x2)
- Passive Infrared sensors for motion detection
- Each sensor provides a digital signal when motion is detected
